buff legendary mode after this nerfed making very hard kill legendary bosses (titan), (dage), bring back how this is before. (google translate)

The problem is the fact that the bosses hit like a truck thanks to strength buff and berserker buff etc

I Believe this can be solved by buffing NPC Armor and NPC Crusher as they don't affect PvP.

I would agree if not for the fact that juggernauts can get human opponents fighting along side NPC's. while the players isn't affected the NPC get's less damage, while taking more.
