As it stands the item when it first came out it was a limited rare for the reason that well it was a limited amount of the item just like any other limited rare. However, unlike all the other limited rares out there when the stock ran out it was never restocked and instead went rare. However unlike all other rares it never had it's tag changed from limited rare to rare. So my suggestion is to change the tag from Limited rare to Rare as it is now. This way confusion won't happen with the newer players who might think this item might get restocked when in reality it won't.

It would make sense to do that, since the achievement is already tagged as rare
