Everytime your faction wins a daily lb every member get an achievement if they did at least 5% of the total wins of the faction.
-Faction 1v1/2v2/Jugg: Won the most faction *mode* battles during the day. Achieved *number* times.
I also suggest this achievement has many tiers so players won't only help for 1 daily.
It could be something like:
Level 1: 1 daily, 1k raiting
Level 2: 2 daily wins, 2k raiting.
Level 3: 5 daily wins, 3k raiting.
Level 4: 10 daily wins. 4k raiting.
Level 5: 15 daily wins. 5k raiting.
Level 6: 20 daily wins, 7k raiting.
Level 7: 30 daily wins. 9k raiting.
Level 8: 40 daily wins. 11k raiting.
Level 9: 55 daily wins. 15k raiting.
Level 10: 70 daily wins. 20k raiting.
First tiers seems fine for regular factions. Last tiers are good for active factions, hard to get but at the end you get a good reward.
Factions are not so important nowaday because it doesn't give any personal reward (if you win a daily your faction gets another point, but what do I get for helping? nothing). Some founders must have something to make their players stay, sometimes offering some varium rewards. If being in a faction allows you to get good rewards, then players would do their best to find a great faction. But it's not fair tht founders must pay to get good players, or at least that's what I think. Maaany players has asked me if I give varium for wins. That's not how faction should work.
So if there was another kind of incentive, then payers wouldn't be encouraged to join a faction for varium.
