Is the royal wedding cake helpful/usable for non beast masters?
I know that CHA is involved in a lot of its boosts including celerity, but how much of a hit is taken with zero CHA?

iirc, the 160 stat boost is halved

It's a generally useful pet, I would say it's usable regardless of build

Celerity on the pet requires a save but all other options are usable to at least some degree.
