can someone please give me a link to the forrum? if there is , or what things can restore sp?(pets first of all if there are) , i already have UG shield , soul of sole,samukematsuri shield,hsvv,and werewolf sub race armor which regen a bit more sp per turn.

Depends on your play style as there are multiple ways but as far as pet/guests go:

1. Using Creature 72 (panic mode) and Fae Wanderer - FW heals MP & SP if the enemy is panicked
2. Cometoid (Ice) and Metoid (Energy) Jelly - heals MP/HP/SP (2020 Gift Box)
3. Vampoglin Lord - SP Regen based on damage Darkness pet
4. Mosquito Pet/Guest - MP/HP/SP based on damage Wind Guest
