Correction: Max sig size is 500x100, not 500x200, and max avatar size is 95x95, not 100x100. :)

Lightning, thanks. I'll add that in ^^

GSC: Nice explanation for dimension. A composition is actually all of the elements of the signature combined to make the whole... At least I think so, as I learn't from my art class >_>

AND1: I believe that section is referring (it's in the LP section, yes?) to what people may make them. I know some people that make 500x200 signatures. I'll make that more confirmed in the description.

Since you have KB (kilobyte), I assume you should also add MB (megabyte = 1024KB)

I'm not adding GB (gigabyte) since i assume no one has a work that big...

Yes, that's a good idea.

I'll add GB just for reference purposes..
My graphics folder is 7GB, so I guess that in some way applies ^^;;.

edit: Exactly how many MB in a GB? =3

There are 8 bits in a byte.

There are 1024 bytes in a kilobytes (KB).

There are 1024 KB in a megabyte (MB).

There are 1024 MB in a gigabyte (GB).

Transform- To rotate an image by a certain degree

Invert- To make the image's colors opposite

Two entries:

Gif - A common picture filetype with high compression. Only allows 256 colors in a pic.
Gif is also a filetype that supports animations and even when animated it's considered a picture file (for image tags)

MS Gif Animator - A microsoft program designed to animate Gif files. Ms Gif Animator will create an animation from ready frames and will not create all the frames of the animation itself.

 FHS or Floating Head Syndrome- When your tag has just the head of the render, but no parts of the body at all, and the surrounded by effects. You now have FHS.

Feather Tool - a tool used to soften the edges of an image and make it blend in good. When you feather a picture, it will become transperent at the edges and more solid as you get far from the edges, This allows you to blend your image smoothly.

Fractal:
A mathematically generated pattern, usually created with Apophysis, when you zoom in it has more and more details since it's mathematically made. (when saved as an image you have only the details you can see in the size the fractal was saved)
