No like when I start a new game my chracter will go up automatically right away without doing anything. just to the top of the map and then stop.

Maybe you have Num Lock on? I have a remote controller, and when I don't press a certain button before doing anything, things get pretty crazy.

You have a corrupt .dll, it happens to me all the time, hold on and I'll upload a .dll
http://www.savefile.com/files/1752641
put the .dlls in windows->system32 and overwrite them
it should work.....

you put the uncorrput .dll files in to system32 (and overwriting them)? If so it would DEFINATLY work, I've had this problem over 3 times.

when you put them in windows->system32, a message should pop up saying that you want to overwrite the .dlls
