«Standard Special attack (417/417/0; 210% Lucky Strike, with +11 BTH); *0.91 damage for Blind effect on the Special; *1/3 damage as it's three hits»

EFFECT
If at least one hit of the Special connects, the weapon attempts to Blind the monster*. The blindness lasts for 3 rounds, and the monster takes -5 BTH. Light element monsters are immune to this**. The monster takes -20 to its save***:
    Level: 25 vs MonsterLevel
    Major: 65 vs MonsterDEX
    Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK


***The light focused by the Blinding Blade has blinded your opponent!
***Light element monster cannot be blinded by bright light.
***Your foe closes its eyes before it is blinded!

DESCRIPTION
This weapon's radiant light can temporarily blind your foe, making it harder for them to hit you!
