More importantly, how are you planing on making that particular board younger and more hip as the both the mod and the other AK most likely already need canes?
I have seen the CR&A get a little more discussiony and people giving bad advice. I plan to take care of this issue and go from there.

My character was born on January 1st, 2005.

Do you still plan on acting as a mentor for the CR&E rater classes?
Yes, I will still act as a CRE Ratings Mentor.
What is the toughest thing about this new promotion?
I would say all the rule breakers, although CR&A is calmer than most.
What is the best part?
Being able to help out more. Now, I do not need to PM an AK with every problem I find.
What do you think is the most common mistake made by new raters?
Perhaps the suggesting of ubers in there ratings. That really annoys me, but what annoys me even more is when they take off points for not having every uber and S-Shield.
What one piece of advice would you give to a new rater?
Do not take off points for ubers. If you suggest one, that is fine, but also suggest an alternative. Believe me, it will make your rating career a lot easier.
You do know that I'm taking notes on this, right? :P
