Houses act as "banks"/Multiple active houses. Pretty much I've noticed that I have ALOT of cool house items I want to use in different houses, and despite the fact each room can hold 200 items, you can only hold up to 300 items in your house bag. This means not even a 2 room house can ever be full, unless you use buy back but then you lock yourself out of getting other house items, without pretty destroying the cool house you spent ages setting up. My suggestion, have the house act like a bank. Pretty much when you place an item in a house it leaves your bag, and is stored in the house (plus its kind of weird to have items in your house but somehow still in your bag at the same time). Not only will this make houses much cooler but also a lot more functional. I understand 200 extra "bank" spaces will be excessive, so i would be perfectly happy if this was done that room item limits be decreased to something like 20, and if you do you could possible include 'increase house room item limit' at the bank the same way you can increase your inventory and bank size. With the house banking system i feel like if you have items in that house you shouldn't be able to then put that house in the bank. I feel like this will also make it more likely that people will want to collect houses instead of just getting one and banking the rest. Which kind of brings me to my second suggestion. Multiple active houses. You should still have a main house that the house button sends you to but a window of all house in inventory could be added somewhere, where you can click to visit those houses without having to change your main house. This i feel would increase the function of houses as you could have a house that is purely for storing portals or one that have all your house quest giver items. I love my house and i feel like with this me and everyone else will love houses even more.
