Resolved Thanks Mr Goon from YouTube whos video I spammed in 12 years ago.
I have been trying all day to buy peanut from j6.
Got map/vr card, did questline,

chap 1/2/3 has insert data disk - offline - (red)
chap 4 datadisk available?
chap 5 junk in the trunk - online (green)
chap 6 grand theft locomotive - online (green)

I did all the quests way back when.

Can't redo Alley quests with Anita, cow only says Oh woe is me!
