This is a question from someone who hasn't made any purchases besides the initial DA package.
If I were to purchase a Dragon Amulet package, the Dragon Coins that come alongside this purcase is added onto the account, and are always added if you opt to delete the character and restart on that slot with an additional 200, or 2200 Dragon Coins. They also get included retroactively to any character that already existed before the purchase. Of course, any dragon coins collected during the playthrough are lost if the character is deleted.
Do Dragon Coin purchases like, say, the Elemental Unity package work the same way, serving as a permanent upgrade to that character slot, allowing you to start with all the advantages therein from the beginning?
Are they lost if you delete the character on the slot you purchased it on?
Are you simply not allowed to delete the character anymore once the transaction is made?
