That will all the lag we are getting at the moment, I have started trying to find places in game, that may give less lag.
I do all the cache clearing etc.

I usually fight from HQ (for various reasons)

I am trying houses also.


Has any one else done this, if so have you found a better fighting spot?


Sooooooo has anyone found one in game yet?
Do you think what you wear (bikes etc) makes a difference
In game settings?


No flaming or nasties please :)

i have noticed alot of lag.
i think some of it may be caused by players being crammed into the same servers and not let them be spread out.
another thing i noticed is when i try to play music on the computer causes lagg for some reason. and this never happened in AQW.

and what annoys me most is when im using google chrome every time im done with 5 npcs i get a black screen. so i have to relog and go to the next one every time. or i can evade all that by using IE9. only problem i have with that is it wont play music if im on the epic duel tab, like i have to switch over to the music tab (youtube or playlist) to then play the music. and if i go to the epicduel tab, the music stops after a couple of seconds.

no music = get bored very quickly

game is the worst i have ever known it for lag it is not getting better. the more things they bring in the slower the game.i hope it is fixed soon.but it is a very good game if no lag.

maybe getting more bandwidth on the servers would reduce the ammount of lagg.
(they did this on the aqw lag stress testing. AQW would lag alot to the point where u would freeze place sometimes, after they update the servers with a lagg stress test there was hardly any lag after that)

if this is being cause by bandwidth i hope they get adressed soon. slow fights aren't very good.

 Idk fay, seems like it's just for you, im noticing no lag what so ever.

And if you play AQW for a release, you would know the lag in ED is nothing compared to AQW XD

Lag is one main reason on why I rarely go to central station. I usually join world 6 or 7 mine tower

no it is the server. i have a fast computer fast broadband windows 7 64bit it is the only game i get lag with

i have a 1500 gb hard drive. 8gb ram, core i7 (thats really fast compared to the average computer) windows 7 XPS 64 bit.
and i get lagg aswell.
i play aqw and it lags only if there are 2000+ players on that server.
in ED i go on exile when theres only about 150 players there, and i get lag. it comes to the point where if i try to jump to my house the faction HQ or any area by clicking in the map and i get a black screen, then im forced to relog.

I don't know Fay. The other day I got my 2000 loss because the game lagged out(I had rage with Eggzooka they had 2 HP) and when I clicked the Aux button it lagged for a few seconds like it usually does, and then it went to their turn.

I was enraged. I also tried 2v2ing for HQ and it kicked me after the battle -_-

Distance could be a possibilty. But I live in the United States and I keep my computer as fast when I bought it and the only time I don't lag is on the login screen. :L

If it's lag from the server its unavoidable.

 Fay distance might play a part but i live up the coast from the underground lab and i hopped on ED yesturday for afew NPC fights to relearn my build for the new NPc's and it lagged like cray

One tab, one window, Windows XP 64bit, Crome, no music, ingame settings set to fastest and all other things turned down or off

i was there to play and it still lagged me hopefuly ED 2.0 will be part of the delta release

I am now trying running it on IE and seems a lot better.
I will do the testing in various areas.

 thats almost funny IE is suposed to be one of the worst but its better then crome i guess i should use my other computer to play ED

try giving ur computer a disk cleanup cuz it always works for me after that theres less lag

 It's not where you live as I've lagged like this in Arizona, California, Hawaii, and West Virginia. I'm assuming all there servers are based in Florida. As far as "World" lag then sure being in world 6 central station is way different than world 0 regardless of server. It won't help your battle lag though. Even running at low setting with faster performance slider all the way to the right still blows. It's all the server and anytime this subject is brought up peeps try to push it away by saying it's the player and they need to clear cache and restart browser lol. They seriously need to upgrade their servers and I'm sure there scrambling for the funds to do so or at least I hope they are going to do something about it. So many losses due to Connection Lost - Click Refresh on your Broswer! or clicking finishing move at 14 seconds left just to watch my guy stare at the birds flying bye then gets shot in this face and dropped because he refused to do anything :(

 I find the best place to battle is on the Bazaar Pathway world 6. No one is ever there=less lag. Oz world 7 is fun but laggy.
