Should there be a separate column for NPC wins?

I ask this because NPCing takes very little skill and there is virtually zero risk involved. Because of this, it is a very easy way to pad one's record.

Of course, there is nothing wrong with NPCing. To me, though, getting a Win in a random 1v1 battle is very different than getting a Win vs. an NPC. Therefore, these two types of battles should have their own columns yet still count toward "Overall" Wins.

What say you?

I can kill someone faster in 1vs1 than vs. a NPC, so no.

I 4-hit a NPC. If a block happens, 5 hit. If i get stunned, 5 hit. And then there are times when I just can't dish out enough damage.

VS. most players, I can 4-hit. Malf-Gun-Aux-SuperCharge

Of course, NPCing is easier

Depends on whether you are a Tank TLM

yes, but there's no way to separate npc and normal wins anymore now, they will always stay fused togethr like they are now

We can put a man on the moon, but we can't separate wins?

Lol....

Yes. 1000 times yes. Also, that would mean we would have a npc loss column too and those can be amusing to see on some characters!

@Frog,

Totally, as I recall Artix was the one to plant the American flag on the moon before cutting transmission to investigate the Autobot's ship that had crash landed there.

It should have been from the get go but we are so far into the game that doing it now would require resetting everyones wins just so it is fair and not many people here would support that

Couldn't they just add an NPC win column, then code NPC wins differently than regular ones?

This would be useful to know the difference between people who do nothing but NPCs and those who dummy for their record. But like others have said, it's impossible to separate the two battles now because that would require going through each battle of each character and that is over several million battles.

they could count npc wins from 'now' on in a diferent place, but they could never seperate those untill now, bacause the system doesn't know the diference between normal wins and npc wins. much like it doesn't know the difference between someone running, and a DC

Nooooooooo than how can i do +200 wins in 2-3 hours of playing with 100% , with no stress and with 0 balance problem.

:))))))))))))))))))))), yeah i stop playing random battles, its just seem stupid to me cause i can get better % with only npcing and i dont need to spent all of my time with ED

atleast dont separate it till i reach all time leaderboard, my goal is with 94-95% im 92% now :))))))))))))))))))))))

also npcing seem the only way for a non varium to be successful. If you look 1vs1 9/10 of the players are varium now :(((((((((((((

I'm not saying to go back in time and reclassify every player's wins. I'm saying from here on out, change the way NPC wins are recorded.

Like I said, it takes no skill to have a good record in this game if you NPC all the time. Distinguishing Win types could only help this game, not hurt it.

Not really. One loses respect for NPCing, and they often NPC because they can't beat players for whatever reason.
Plus, a normal 1v1 is faster than an NPC battle.
Finally, we'd have to add a leaderboard. That would be quite something.

Adding this would show who really has skill and who just uses brain wash (*cough..)

I could see a lot of grand emp., etc. falling down to warlord with this. Doing this would be the funniest thing in, but it would start massive trol seccions o.o ..

Yes, all you do is fight people, so recording even more fights is organized.

I don't see why not, even though I'll probably fall back to Hero Rank.

But to stop them people from uber-flamage, they probably wouldn't.

However, making them not a factor in Daily 1v1s.... Now that's probably a good idea.

Then I demand the losses made by BigTuna, Nightwraith, Titan, Caden and Slayer removed when I tried getting their achievements as a non varium.

That's all and good, but...

I think I would prefer to see the devs spending time on balance updates and storyline-related releases, rather than a minor yet extremely time-consuming adjustment like separating wins.

I 100% agree,

But I would hope major balance changes are made before hand to aviod complaints.

Also alot of people say it would be to hard to seperate them....

Well they could just start from whenever they release it,
Meaning those who already NPC alot (I don't) would get an advnatge as thier ratio would be alot better then they should.

@ Drinde

110% agree NPC SHOULD NOT COUNT FOR DAILY 1v1.
It means that people can just buy their win with brainwash.

Yes, there really needs to be a separate column, and yes it shouldn't count for Daily records.

YES, a separate column!
some players may make a great number of wins just by killing npcs. what would they say if it was found out that they are just worthless npc farmers? they would no longer boast of their number of wins.
