Little Me, just because I actually joined in time to get it, but wasn't savvy enough to grab it before it went rare.

I'll ask the customary question that must be asked in every MtAK/MtM thread ever, at least as far as my recollection goes. I haven't been following them lately, so this may not be as common these days. Ready?

Swallows usually forage at around 30–40 km/h, although they are capable of reaching speeds of between 50–65 km/h when traveling.

I sometimes get lost in the X-Men wiki for hours on end... I really like Proteus, even though I've never actually read his comics.

I think I'm going to go with Light, Darkness, Ice, Wind and Energy DBs... they're just so useful for farming.

9. If every man has a price, what is yours?
Double whatever they paid the last guy.

10. Name one thing(NPC/story/location/etc.) in AQ, you would love to know more about.

If you had a choice between Falerin's suit or Cartwright's which would you pick?
Now THIS is a question in which I can invest myself. I think I have to say Falerin's. Cartwright's is gorgeous, and I certainly wouldn't mind wearing it, but it's a bit too gaudy for my taste. Falerin's has class.

Hmm. I suppose you're right. Perhaps the fact that most of the citizens of the city are both enlightened and quite proficient in combat is an effective crime deterrent.

I'm... not entirely sure what that means. So no, I guess.

I don't think so.

1)Are you a warmonger?
I consider myself one, yes.

2)What is a warmonger?
A protector of Lore who fights their hardest to fend off danger to the things most dear to them. And to rack up crazy-awesome kill counts.

3)Records in Battleon/Falconreach wars?
My AQ record stands at an even 2000 in the Paxia Rush war. I intend to demolish that record sometime soon. I've never actually kept track of DF kills, I'm afraid, so I don't have an answer for you on that one.

4)Favourite war? Why?
Hmm... good question. Obviously any timed/losable war, since they're the most important ones. My favorite individual war would have to be Div/0, I think--the camaraderie there was astounding, and we pulled the victory off majestically.

5)What is Prosperine's weapon of choice?
Good question. From his character page it looks like maybe a warhammer. Prosperine? Any input?

6)Still annoyed at Cataclysm?
For falling asleep? Dear me. I do believe he's the most somnolent fellow with alongside whom I've ever had the pleasure of engaging in fisticuffs!

7)What are Nex's abilities that he uses on the battlefield?
Let's see. A monocle that lets him see his enemy's weakness; a cane that functions as a staff for long-range spellcasting and physical combat, the head of which is a removable wand for more specialized incantations. His suit, of course, is magically enchanted to resist all manner of tearing, staining, or wrinkling--which by proxy means that it protects him from most bodily harm.

8)Do you write war stories? Why?
Not as of now, no. I tend to shy away from fanfiction in general, though during every war Eukara's threads tug at my writerly instincts. Perhaps soon.

9)Both of us have been around the forums for some time. Along with that comes fond memories. So what fond memories do you have in regards to the forums? Do you recall the discussions that transpired over Kalanyr and the Potential of the ArchMagi threads?
Ahh wow... I have a WHOLE lot of memories here. My days in the OOC, in L&L, in RP, in S&T... many good times were had. Yes, I do remember the Potential of the ArchMagi threads, but that's recent history to me. I'm a good two and a half years older than you on these boards, you whippersnapper you.

1) What is the name and the size of your AK-Ship? :P
I call her Demimod the ArchCatamaran. She's just under 90 feet long--a real beaut.

2) What is your favorite item of every category AQ? You may skip the weapons since you have said you like them Dwagonblades :3
Let's see.
Weapons: Accounted for. (Though that Dainashini is one preeetty sword.)
Armors: Generalist's Robe is pretty cool. If there were any kind of suit armor--Falerin's, Ryuusei's, Eldron!E's, etc.--then it would be that.
Shields: Guardian Luminous Shield because it's so beautiful; all the Elemental shields for their utility.
Spells: Guardian Skyblade for its classic arcane butt-whooping aspect. Embrace the Shadows for its supreme usefulness.
Miscs: Dr. Boom Shard because BOOM.
Pets: Robodeer for knocking UW out of the sky; Bobble Devourer for [rar/hilar]ity.


3) What kind of music do you prefer?
Indie and alternative, with a splash of rock & roll. Delta Spirit, Wolfmother, Fun. (I'm not ashamed to admit it), Fountains of Wayne, etc.

4) If you could pick one country to spend a month long holiday, which country would it be?
I'm going to Iceland for a week in June... so I'm excited for that. But I think I'd choose France. I hope to live there for a year in college at some point.

5) Care to explain why?
Wonderful language, beautiful people, delicious food, great shopping, stunning sights.

6) Bass or guitar? Why?
Bass, I guess, 'cause that's the part I sing. :P But I'm not an instrumentalist myself.

7) Hmm.. You said you are kind of a health nut.. So, what's your favorite snack?
Can't go wrong with fruits and vegetables. I live in the country most of the time, and the apples we get are mind-blowingly crisp.

8) Do you play any musical instruments?
See above. I played piano for eight years at my parents' whims, but quit as soon as I could and can't play a note now.

9) What do you know about music rhythms / time signatures?
Not much. I sing, so enough to get by if prompted, but nothing special.


10) Finest piece of art in AQ?
Ooh, good question. Right now I think I have to go with the Dainashini. I'm really very sorry it's not a Magic weapon.

 Welcome back! I've seen you around, though you probably have no idea who I am- I remember wondering why you weren't an AK. Turns out you were!
Haha, of course I know who you are! You're the one who wrote all those fantastic mid-level weapon guides that got my secondary through to L90! Honestly, you're probably in my top 10 most helpful forumers. Thank you dearly.

Anyway, I only have one really, really serious question...

What is your favorite type of dog?
Good question. Let me give you a detailed answer. (No, it's not Basset Hound, sorry--though they are really beautiful animals.)
My first dog was a chocolate Labrador Retriever named Pokey. He was my best friend as an infant--he practically taught me to walk by letting me hold on to his tail. He was a great, great dog, and I'll never forget him.
But I think if I ever get a dog of my own, it would have to be either a Greyhound or an Old English Sheepdog. The former because they're so elegant and soulful, and the latter because they don't shed (suits don't like dog hair :P) and they're big and jolly. Ask me again in ten years and I'll be able to give you a definitive answer. :D

A build wherein stats don't actually matter at all, and the goofiness/rarity/aesthetic appeal of equipment is its only factor.

2) When did Trading come to an end?
Whenever the staff got too busy to do it by hand... probably '03 or thereabouts.

3) What was ''Flog It!''?
From what I can tell, it was an offsite forum probably based on the British "Antiques Roadshow"-style TV series of the same name, wherein players evaluated each others' rares.

4) What was the Grand Council?
The precursor to the Knights of Order--a group of players led by a mod who talked to the game devs and acted as a bridge between players and developers.

5) What was the Gentleman's Club?
A group where classy gentlemen could discuss issues of great import. Much to my chagrin, my application (at age 13) was turned down.

6) Which Staff founded the KoO?
Elizabeth/Lenneth.

7) Name the ''cold'' trio of the KoO
Gothmog, Khold, and Rayf, I believe.

8) Name the three characters in Heroes of the Scape's avatar
Belladrith, Phoenix Bloodfist, and Roland.

9) What was UberRank?
A... fantasy football website...?

10) Which of the Dragonfable Staff use to be one of the top contenders for the highest level before the level cap was put into place?
No idea about this one.
