Changes need to be made to the Mage's Assimilation skill so that when it gets blocked it takes less energy like the Mercenaries Static Smash and The inactivity for factions need to be switched to 15 or 10. If they have donated tokens 30 days is to long to have to wait to kick an inactive member.

at this point i do not support. they already steal a lot less, even damage is reduced.
no more than 25% less leech in the event of a block. mercs gain more as it is (i am a merc)

I can agree with that, but what about my Faction suggestion I am a faction Founder/Leader and I do have inactive members, but they have contributed I feel no need to wait 30 days before I can remove them from the faction because of there inactivity and still keep the tokens they have given to a Flag.

agreed, i know its rough, and im on you side, but i dont think a change will be made. you just have to deal with them not really contributing to your faction to being with, and accept yours, or whoever mistake for inviting them. i feel empathy, just cant help you there :/
