I'm suggusting that we could use old and current country flags as faction flags plus I'm also suggusting that these country flags could be color custom also
Examples of old country flags: Austrian Empire, Austro-Hungarian Empire, Holy Roman Empire, Qing Dynasty, Dutch Republic, Republic of Gran Colombia, Kingdom of Joseon (Korea), Indian Empire (British Raj), First and Second Mexican Empire (First 1821-1823; Second 1864-1867), Brazilian Empire, Kingdom of France (1365-1792, 1815-1830), etc
Current country flags example: U.S.A., Republic of China (Taiwan), European Union, United Nations, Spain, France, China, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, etc
Color customs examples:
•let's say I wanted to change the colors to the current brazilian flag, let's say I wanted to the green to black, and change the yellow to red, and change the blue to purple
•one of the older flags, Kingdom of Italy (1848–1946), let's I wanted to change the red and green to black, and change the white to yellow
I'm suggusting that if a country (current or old) flag has like a coat of arms in it, I'm suggesting not to be color custom
However I'm not suggusting every flag since there are some flags that in history represented racism and stuff like that. For example the Nazi German Flag, Confederate States of America, etc. reason behind this some people find these flags really offensive in any way
I'm also suggusting not every flag since there's much more important stuff to implement into the game and to implement flags takes a long time
What do you guys think of this?
