    If any of the hits connect applies the following based on your EP total and foes HP total.

    If your EP is >= 50%
    - 12 Hit Buff for 3 turns.
    else
    - -12 Hit Nerf for 3 turns.

    If Enemy HP is >= 50%
    - 15 Dodge nerf for 3 turns.
    else
    - 15 Dodge Buff for 3 turns.

    Combos: None
