Maybe devs should make small events where they join in the game and do some pvps and play vs normal players.
Players will be so thankful of playing with them.
And the dev will also have another way too see the game. One more closer.
If they play the game, they will know more, and they will see when something need a nerf or a buff, when they have to make a balance, etc.
