When passives got removed they also got removed from the NPC's that had them, npc's with Deadly Aim no longer had it, since all passives are back here is a list for some bosses and what passive(s) they are lacking:

Armor Hazard Deadly Aim

Edgar Boothe Deadly Aim, Hybrid Armor

King Alaric Deadly Aim, Hybrid Armor

Admin 11 Deadly Aim, Hybrid Armor

Chairman Platinum Deadly Aim

Hank Deadly Aim, Hybrid Armor

Passives Blood Lust and Reroute didn't get removed from any NPCs. Deadly Aim and Hybrid Armor are pointless skills for NPCs to have, since devs can just give NPCs unlimited stats if they wish to buff them.
