I don't see an AC price associated with Enchanted Soul Ripper: https://i.imgur.com/C4pOj6o.png
Nor do I see an option to revert it: https://i.imgur.com/Gcvw4in.png (it should be just after Phoenix Blade on the list)
I checked the shops on Galanoth, idk if there's some difference between servers in this case.
Item reversion in Nostalgiaquest always had the same price as the original item, so if an item costed 300 ACs to buy originally, it's price in the reversion shop would be 300, 500 if 500, 1000 is 1000 etc. Same goes for gold pirces, if the item has a gold value attached to it.
In the case of Soul Ripper, you would just buyback it, ending up with both Enchanted and original for the same price as if you just used the revert shop + buybacked the Enchanted version. Enchanted/Dual versions should never cost ACs to merge.
