I'm having trouble trying to upgrade the Blinding Light of Destiny with Artix.

I bought the ShadowReaper of Doom and Purified it, then upgraded it to Shiny and then Lucky.
However when i try to upgrade it to Mighty, the item text in the shop is grayed out and the notification, "you cannot make this item yet!" pops up at the top.

I tried buying another one, doing the same steps over again, and encountered the same problem.
I have enough Undead Slayer Badges and the weapon is in my inventory, did I miss a step somewhere?

You need to train your Blacksmith rank from Yulgar to at least 15 to get Mighty.
