At the moment the most used passive cores are the ones that directly increase stats or defense. We have other options but in my opinion they aren't strong enough, or at least they don't seem to attractive. So in order to diversify the use of passive cores, I suggest those changes:

Primary core:
Primary Mastery: Increase chance for a critical on basic strike by 10% and gives a 5% lifesteal in case of critical with basic strike.
Lucky strike: Adds a 9% bonus chance to connect each strike, also gives 10% more rage in case of block.

Gun core:
Aim assit and laser sights should be fused in one core: Reduces chance for this weapon's attack to be deflected by 15% and increases damage by 20% when this weapon's attack is deflected.

Gun Mastery: Increase chance for a critical when firing your gun by 10%, also adds 5% lifesteal in case of critical (THIS DO NOT APPLY WHEN AN ACTIVE CORE IS USED)

Armor core:

Deflection shield and overshield should be fused with lower %: Increase chance to deflect ranged attackas by 10% and reduce damage when you defflect an attack by an additional 5%.

Nanosteel armor: Decrease the chance of incoming critical attacks by 10%, also decreases the ignored defense of incoming criticals by 5%.

Aux core:
Aim assit and laser sights should be fused in one core: Reduces chance for this weapon's attack to be deflected by 15% and increases damage by 20% when this weapon's attack is deflected.

Auxiliary Mastery: Increase chance for a critical when firing your gun by 10%, also adds 5% lifesteal in case of critical (THIS DO NOT APPLY WHEN AN ACTIVE CORE IS USED)

Supported. Ever since stat boost cores became available for all weapons, it completely killed the old passive cores and they've been in desperate need of a buff since. If buffing them isn't an option, I'd say the next best alternative would be to remove all stat cores except for one for each item type (only strength for primary, only dexterity for sidearm, etc.).

Its a reoccurring theme for you to add lifesteal effects to existing equipment, as with Assault Bot suggestion.

Aim Assist/Deflection Shield is good for any amount of Tech as long as it doesn't overcap
Laser sights/Overshield is primed for either a low Tech player or high Tech enemy

Free built-in or sold separately Varium Core
Bloodseeker Blast has 30% lifesteal

Premium cores
Chairman's Fury steals a target's rage
Curse Aura reduces Support, which reduces Critical strike chance

These suggestions willingly ignore the fact they are essentially a hand out of varium core abilities for everyone to use, which will produce a negative impact on the income Epicduel makes off of varium priced equipment.

We recently had a Suggestion release scheduled as taken from the player community, it was by choice that you did not take that opportunity that is receptive to biased designs and instead chose to suggest unnecessary and a subjective changes to perfectly good standalone cores that are intended for diverse builds.

It is a reoccuring theme for you to always bash his ideas and never contribute anything to try to make the game better.

I, as well as cactus, think his ideas are going somewhere, although I wish something would be done about the stat boost cores themselves as well.

I don't know what you understand about lifesteal. My suggestion for Assault bot had nothing about lifesteal, I suggested for an small healing when assault bot reduces the debuffs on you as a sort of medic. Anyway, if you want to talk about that suggestion then go back to that post, we are talking about something else here.

So.. those cores are pretty bad when they are separated.
5% lifesteal is not that great and that would only work when you are doing a critical strike, otherwise you won't have any healing.
Reduce the chances of your gun being deflected? How many times would you use your gun per battle? If you have an strength build maybe 1 time, probably not more than that. Current deflection formula is: 7% + (Defender tech - attacker tech)/5.
That would be the same as: 7% + DefenderTech/5 - AttackerTech/5.
So to be honest I would preffer to pick stat boost and have +4 +4 +4 +8 tech. A total ammount of 20 tech, if you use the formula -AttackerTech/5 you get a resoult of -4%. That means when you attack all your ranged wapons (not only your gun) will have less chances of being deflected by 4%. Also you would have 4% extra chances to deflect incoming ranged attacks. It doesn't end here, you are getting extra resistance, bot damage and skills effect.
You think deflection shield is good? I propose you something, get in game and try this passive by yourself. I can tell you something, I tryed it already with focus build. I didn't even deflect support builds with low tech. I tested it by 10 or 15 battles. After that I decided to go back to stat boost, it increase a decent ammount of resistances; and also increase bot damage and smoke.

Dude why you are talking about varium? lol. All the cores mentiones are passive cores, and there is something about that, there aren't varium passive cores. Chairman's fury is not a passive. Curse aura? Wrong, that's a rare passive core and you won't find it anywhere. There's a CREDIT weapon with an active core more effective than curse aura, just if you didn't know.
So there's nothing wrong on buffing some useless credit cores, you can equip them into varium weapons. With these changes we pretend to make players use other kind of passive cores, instead of stat boost. Did you know that stat boost are also credit cores? Maybe you thought they were varium. I feel like you are just looking for dumb excuses to say those suggestions doesn't work.

If you really thing those cores are good and this suggestion is unnecessary then go and do some pvps, then tell me how many players do you see using those cores and how many use stats cores. The only unnecessary posts are yours, it's clear you havent even logged on for years. It's so easy to say a core is effective by saying "is good for any amount of Tech as long as it doesn't overcap". With the same argument I can say a skill that spend 600 energy and gives you 1HP its good as long as you don't have full health. Then we should add a promo with this core so people buy varium.
You must go deeper and see in what cases that core might work, how effective it is when you got the opportunity of using it, etc.
If all your answer will be giving unwarranted excusese to take down every suggestion, then you better stop replying.

I don't know where you get the idea that I implied your suggestions are not viable, nothing suggests that in my previous post.

What I did state was that the fusion of two separate abilities mixes the original intent of the cores being purely for situational stat differences or static performance, this would be a overall nerf as it now is split between both purposes and will be more difficult to min-max than they currently are.

The message should been easily gotten was to stop suggesting flavour changes to existing equipment, "if its not broke don't change it", as existing cores hold niches in combat and what should be done is the creation of new equipment with the suggested abilities.

You've taken my words and applied incorrect context to them, a flat rate boost is static and clearly the statement "good for any amount of Tech" aligns with it, it cannot be more objective than that, while "a skill that spends 600 Energy for 1 Hp" in the presence of Field Medic/Lifesteals/Health Booster is comparatively weaker, but it still has value if it turns defeat into victory, this could be deemed subjectively "good" a different definition than my statement, thus you didn't go deep enough to make sure your logic is correct.
