http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/4926/smileymanjr3.png 1. Choose any color and draw a circle, you can use the ellipse tool if you want, but I drew it using the pencil tool. 2. Draw its eyes and mouth, once again, for the eyes you can use the circle tool and fill them in, or you could draw them and color them using the pencil tool. 3. Draw horizontal lines from the top right to the bottom left of the smiley. 4. Use the pencil or airbrush tool to add in tiny little dots to blend the black with the white. And you're done! This works for both black and white and colored MS Paint drawings, though when doing this on colored drawings, I suggest using a darker color of the color which the drawing is colored with.. In other words, if your picture is yellow in color, use a darker shade of yellow instead of black.
