ATTACK 1 deals 95% damage. If you weren't changed to a Dracopyre by Gracefang, you will always deal 95% damage. If you were, the attack has a 50% chance to occur.
ATTACK 2 deals 115% damage, split evenly over two hits, and it has a 25% chance to occur if you were changed by Gracefang.
ATTACK 3 deals 2/3 * 95% damage, and it will then heal you equal to to the damage dealt on the second hit. So technically, it's worth 95% of a normal attack.

Does 95% damage 50% of the time, 115% damage 25% of the time, and 95% damage 25% of the time, for a total of 0.5*0.95 + 0.25*1.15 + 0.25*0.95 = 100% damage.
