What is the point of it , if they don't get banned?
I mean seriously, v3 is back, I thought he was supposed to be permanently banned. And now he just got back? Wow, something really wierd has happened, and I think we all want to know what.
As a friend suggested , you could at least, delete his dummy wins, that wold make things more fair.

I'm NOT trying to flame anyone, just pointing out some facts.

Holy cow why are you guys against v3g. He learned his lessons and NW approved it himself.

Just accept it we are back and ready to dominate ED once more and this time we will do it right, fair and square and I'm keeping an eye on v3g too, so no mistakes can happen again.

WE ARE BACK BABY!!! BETTER THAN EVER!!!

Now we are gathering old players and are planning to go to the leader board again.

I know guys that's the point, some are banned for no reason, and others come back like it is nothing! Help me prove my point everyone!

Give it a rest. If the DEVs think allowing a player back after an infraction is OK then it's OK. Enough said.

It seems that NightWraith forgave him the ban, but I cannot be sure.

DarknessTime, he dummied along with many of his faction members and when he got caught dummying and banned, he sent death threats to the admins.

@Tiago X: Well when you are the keeper of the fairness you can do what you want. Until then, Titan and Nightwraith are in charge.

Complain all you like, whine all you need to then get over it.

Players who have paid the price for doing bad things in the past have been allowed back with the proviso that they adhere to the rules in the future. There is nothing unfair about that.

@Sparticus: Oh ok, then let's bring back everyone who has broke the rules, because they didn't compromise the game, taking away leaderboard spots from people who really deserved it and played fairly.

It wouldn't hurt if devs at least made a post and explain why they unbanned him.

I am just guessing, but maybe devs un-banned all dummiers, but people only noticed that V3 is back.(since its hard to dummy now)nvm lol

 Yes, the ban on V3get1x was lifted. The administration felt that he'd served his time, and since many games do look at ban appeals when the ban has lasted a year or longer (and V3get1x had been banned for over a year) we reviewed his appeal and decided to give him another chance.

Just let him be back guys.

It's not like commiting a crime merits a person to be in prison for life. Besides that, v3g had a great contribution to the comunity prior to being banned.

Issues like these are usually handled on a case by case basis. Yes, he broke the rules and was punished for it, but I believe people can change. If a player is banned and comes back after a period of time and is sorry for what they did, depending on the infraction, they may be unbanned. That's what happened here, and it's best if kept between the player and the dev/mod team.

This doesn't mean that everyone ever banned can now be unbanned, but if they want to appeal after a decent amount of time (months, not days), their case will be heard.

I hope this clarifies the situation.
