since alpha all people have done is say how crapy supercharge is, and there not realy wrong, it doesnt suck but compaired to mass and SurgicalStrike its kind of weak.... SO..... why the heck does it have a high tech requirement??

i've tryed to think of a reason, but i just cant.

Can anyone else think of a reason why at max it requires 40 TECH

Well the Devs nerfed the skill, and left it there. Just nerfed, they didn't lower the requirements just made it weaker.

It's a completely useless skill that should be replaced with something else.

It always have been, even in beta it didn't have great effect on foes.

The requirements are nothing, but the damage isn't worth the energy. At All.

This is true. The damage output of SC is very low compared to SS and mass. For 32 energy, the only time I ever use it (if I even bother putting it in my builds) is to get a guarenteed 20 damage.

i think they shoudl lower the energy cost of sc and remove the tech requirement. also they should buff the dmg a little too.

SuperCharge is... pathetic, just plain pathetic (just like so many other Tech Mage Skills...)

I think it's because it improves with dex, notice how every skil that improves with dex is pretty lame, Stun grenade, multi shot, SC, overload,Technician(compared to reflex) they are all energy wasting skills, i think they should just increase the dmagae / bonus dex improves in these skills, also notice how most people agree that all or most of mercs skill are useful or good, is it a coincidence that non of their skills improves with dex?? i think not. Don't get me wrong dex is very useful it just suks in iproving skills.

Angels, you forget that a mosquito bite is annoying when it happens to you. I personally love when supercharge happens because the other person is wasting energy and skill points.

But the annoying thing is that it always does 20 dmg. It can also be actually decent at lvl 10. Plus supercharge needs a staff.

This is making me want to make a supercharge build..... Also overload is good check this out Overload build
