well i think you shouldnt have to do a mission to get them. you dont for armor hazard

We have to complete missions since we're starting ED storyline so it makes sense, armor hazard doesn't requires a mission since it is not in storyline yet, same as other bosses.

then i think they should have started the story line when armor hazard came out beacuse it doesnt make sense to start it now dont you think?

 And with Frysteland, what does Armor Hazard have to do with it? Frysteland started with 2 sides; Legion and Exile, and we progressed from there, from the actual (unfair) war. Legion won, now we decide on what will happen with Frysteland (different storyline than if Exile won).
