I think you should relocate your post and put it in Balance discussion thread but anyway, i'll try to make it clear for u:
Firstly, 5 Focus builds are the most complicated builds ever due to the amount of skills you got and attacks ability you got (Bot/primary/sidearm/aux...) and usually the 5 focus builds mostly met the classes with passive armors, (CH/TlM/M)
Secondly, BM 5 focus build is lil bit impossible to do, All the skills of BM class is strenghty which means even if you tried a 5 focus build you will face too many struggles (Limited energy / No passive armor / wrong skills Etc...)
Which means there will be always a gap between classes with passive armors and non-passive armors classes in 5 focus builds, alike non-passive armors class have an advantage in another domain (Str builds/Spam builds Etc...)
So this is how it works, and this is how a PVP should be, diversified
varied
various
different
miscellaneous
So there will be always Fun and good win % for all classes...
