Patch Notes - 1.4.9d
NEW CHANGES/FEATURES:

In-game polling system
- First poll: The fate of Charfade
Ulysses, Galatea, Nightwraith, and Cinderella have moved back to their usual spots
Blueprint scraps are now sellable
Exile/Legion locker keys have been turned into achievements

BUGS FIXED

Dravax can now be challenged by players of any level (for real this time)
A few other bugs were addressed in the hotfix earlier this week
