We all know the role that boosters can play in a match. Some people make builds that rely on boosters, while others view boosters as an inherent weakness in build/strategy and therefore never use them at all.

Now, the players who choose to boost will always have an advantage over those who don't. Ultimately, the players who don't boost end up suffering (their records aren't as good) than those who do.

So my question is, Should there be a separate Server for non-boosters?

Or should the ED team make a Battle Options button (under the Settings tab), where players can select or deselect a "Battle with Boosters" box?

Whatdaya think?

Can't stand what ED has become, and every 5 focus zombie only helps to stagnate this game further.

I must ask Frog, why do you constantly bring up this highly arguementive topic. It's widely debated and largely opinion based.
Personally I would say no. As sometimes I use the boosters to overcome luck heavy situations where I can still win.

I haven't brought up this topic for *counts the months I was banned* over three months. lol.

Anyway, why would more choices in battle be a bad thing?

If there was a Booster/No Booster option, how would it be a bad thing?

It's win-win in my book.

It's win-win for you. That's all.

How would you say it'd be coded so server does NOT count your boosters (whether you have them equipped + option chosen OR not equipped and option not chosen + chosen)? What fight would you get into? How about matching time? You bring up same argument for months and it's purely opinions, and we know exclusive server for booster-hater will not happen since people will want "Field Medic" free server, "Cyber Hunter" free server, and so on.

Boosters are a crutch. The build isn't that good if it needs boosters.

Firstly, I'll say it bluntly, this is something that will never happen. If that's all you wanted to hear, don't read on, if you want reasoning, then carry on:

Boosting is a part of the game, Boosts are sold from Vendors and everyone has the option to buy them, they don't cost Varium, nor do they cost many credits. If you feel they strengthen builds and give people 'advantages', then buy them, you have the option to. The whole 'boosts are for noobs' thing is just the whole 'if you use a boost, I won't win, so I'm going to attempt to insult you instead'. Now if you don't want to be a 'boost noob' due to pear pressure, or due to you not needing them, that is 100% your choice. However, I don't feel that it's fair to then ask to be separated, or to berate those who do choose to use them. They're in-game to be used, completely your choice.

Since this is a suggestion, not a General Discussion topic, I'm also locking it up and will point you to the ED Suggestion section for any further ideas you want to present. Thank you!
