Guys, I am always wondering what the team is doing for updates and events.
I also follow the team at twitter but I just dont think thats enough. The surprise at the updates itself is always nice but then I dont know the whole week before it what to expect and be very excited or not. Maybe the message which is used to close the servers for update(update in 5 minutes) can also be used for briefing what is done for the next update etc.
Doesnt have to be like that but the idea of the message which everyone can read I like the most.

What do you guys think?

 Hey Baydraze, the Dev's do include, quite often, a very detailed Design Notes post prior to each release so people know a little of what to expect. This is often followed up either a little later, or a day or so after, with a Patch Notes Post. Which could include bug, or glitch fixes etc. The best way to keep up to date is either follow Nightwraith, Titan, or Charfade on twitter to see if they have some information, or sneak peaks. Failing that, or if you do not have a twitter, is to keep an eye on the Design Notes for the information :)

 Just to add on to what Digital X said. We also like to leave somethings in as surprises, since it is nice for everyone if you get a bit more than expected. Not only that, but from past experience we have learnt not to announce absolutely everything that we are working on, since if we do not deliver everything listed, people do tend to complain. We now see if we can get it ready and if we can, it is a nice surprise, by listing everything we are working on, it may lead to disappointment if time does not allow us to deliver.
