I think the developers should teach us how to make weapons using the adobe and then showing them off in twitter to Nightwrith or charfade.

Basically its simple. They make a tutorial on how to make it, then once we get a good understand on how to create weapons, we can show them to nightwraith or charfade. If this happens, the game will have more variety of weapons/armors/bots and it will be cool.

I, myself just brought Adobe cs6 and I want to create weapons and show them to Nightwraith or Charfade but at the moment I do not know what to do because I just started.
Its same like TrizZzCentrino and Reki, they help the game much with weapons such as the Delta Armor or the Omega weapons that TrizZz made. If we all learned, We could be credited like them!

I beg you, Please can you make tutorials because I want to make some weapons in my free time :3
And it will be good for all of us because then we will have an aspect on how to make weapons using different softwares that have the same tools!!!!

I want to learn! What 'bout You?

Locked on request. ~Wind

I think there are enough tutorials on youtube or anywhere else on the internet that the Dev's shouldn't have to make one for us to learn how to use Flash

Well I can't find them.
Most of them, I see sketch works. I'm talkign about cs6 not the old versions.
Cs6 is different to the rest.

"I think there are enough tutorials on youtube or anywhere else on the internet that the Dev's shouldn't have to make one for us to learn how to use Flash"

And name me some, because I cannot find any of the versions of Adobe. I may be wrong but show me, I do not see any. Most of the are other stuff with stick mans and different texts and how to turn your work into a 'sketch'. Just name me some and i'll be happy.

There is a channel which should get you used to the tools and once you learn the tools it is pretty much whatever comes out of your mind and the progression of your skill

Blaze,

Did you actually and legitimately buy Adobe software for yourself, 1 person, or did you pirate the software like the normal society does?

Yes since I do not wish for him to be jipped.

If he has the money to spend on it I wouldn't call it jipped. Most torrents won't update whereas the real product will which I would call a plus.

Either way he just wanted a tutorial on how to use Flash CS6.

On a personal note I haven't made a single suggestion from the Flash software all of mine has been Illustrator, Corel or GIMP. If you are not making gear with animated parts Illustrator is easier to work with from my point of view

Between the design products, I also recommend Illustrator... but for drawing. Illustrator has superior vector tools that create and maintain that superior quality that allows you to draw an incredibly smooth graphic without fuzziness even after warping it's attributes (like scaling). I would take the Illustrator-drawn graphic and export it to Photoshop where the editing begins: colour, shadowing, sharpness. After that, if you so wish to animate, take the still graphic to Flash for superior 2D graphics.

EDIT:

After the CS ends development and the next CS is released I remember that you have to buy it (CS7 in this case) and CS6 will stop updating for content releases excluding bug fixes.

@Void As any artwork is completely redone by Nightwraith, it really doesn't matter what method you use, but I would strongly suggest actually using flash, as an idea is best conveyed using similar methods, plus Flash's bending of the simple line tool allows for much easier creating than the pen tool.

As for tutorials, I really don't have any advice, but once you have the feel your art style is your own to create, tutorials don't help with that.

No actually my dad brought it for me (I did have more but I sended in a PM to Depressed Void)
And whats wrong with the society these days, Random people asking me question like that are very rude. Think how you act before you question it......

All I want to know is how to make weapons so I can learn as I am a GFX designer, and I want to adapt and learn how to make cool stuff.
Oh yeah one more thing Depressed, If your going to question me with a 'Rude question', send it to me in a 'PM'. I do not want to be embarrased and also you too.

Just saying that in public is just blatantly rude. Yeah I know what your thinking. Your thinking that 'Is that even a rude question?'.
Yes I think so...........

finally someone has spelled my name correctly :D

back on topic:
-you can see the dev's flash and animating progress at their livestream channel: clicky
-they are busy to make specific tutorials since it would take out their developing time.
-i am a frequent item/weapon suggester as you all know, and flash just enhances the graphics of the things you design, its the actual concept that counts.
-reki don't use flash, he just suggests great weapons thats done in paint, without any shadings or animations, so you don't need to use flash to get you weapon implemented.
-i also do livestreams on my spare time and share the link on twitter when i do it, you can learn from me if you can find it that is.
-its quite easy to make a ED weapon. you just need to find a pic of the ED weapon and use it as a template, then you make any weapon around the template.
-if you want to get a weapon implemented, my best advice is to make it detailed but making sense at the same time, you can't just add random parts anywhere.

hope this helps.
