We all hate luck i know and this is a useless passive at times. If you dont get a single block even when smoking thats a waste of 10 skill points so i suggest something like increase outgoing damage by 7 and decrease incoming damage by 7. Of course the number can be switched and stuff so first give me feedback.
Level 1: Starts at 2% for outgoing damage
Level 2: Starts at 2% for incoming damage and increases by 1 for each level going back and forth.
So by level 10 it is 7% More and 7% Less

make it cap at 10 together e.g. increase outgoing dmg by 5 and decrase incoming damage by 5 at max.

That is kind of OP...

5 more Damage EVERY STRIKE plus 5 LESS DAMAGE WHENEVER YOU GET HIT with a Passive that doesn't even use a turn in battle?

So basically, you are suggesting an amplified version of diamond blades?

This is OP simply because it increases EACH of your attacks.
