Can anyone explain how a merc's BC and SS turned into a TLM's FC and AS? Did TLM's forget how to gain health when buffing strength? Did they forget how to steal some energy while draining it?
Why do evolved classes have devolved skills?
For the BM's out there: Wow I learned how to make my energy ball switch to physical and... its a lot weaker? After all that work learning how to drain health when I deal damage (by sacrificing my reroute)?!

They have "devolved" skills because original ones owned by the original classes needed buffing - i.e. BC and Static Smash (SS) - so why would they give them to TLMs? They are still unique to their class and doesn't matter if one has effect and other doesn't, the effect means they get less +bonus (in case of FC and BC).

Devs did mention giving evolved Classes a new Multi and Ultimates but this doesn't really mean your skills should be "more interesting" than base classes because the evolved classes are not for power. At the end of the day, they have different skills that are independent so change to one does not affect the other.
