Self Explanatory. Adds in instead of passive(ninja reflexes, crit heal, endless armor core, etc.) everyone can choose whichever. Devs can decide whether or not to stack, could have some strong movesets. Passive maxed on armor, because anyone could buy it. you could have a BM with Bloodlust and be able to put the points into fireball or something else. Merc Hybrid, into zerker, or can stack it. Can have some insane stacks, but everyone else who chooses to use it will also

With some proper testing this could really be implemented into the game and very successful

Part of the reason the game is at a sour point is a hugely limited amount of
core options, and most of them are just % cores.

I think it would be a huge morale boost to the players if the devs set aside one week to come of with some useful cores.
Examples: All the cores I'll be listing are passive
(as mention in the post):
BloodLust: 5% of damage done is returned as health. (5% because its now a core, not a skill)
Reroute: 5% of damage inflicted to you is returned as energy.
Hybrid Armor: Adds 6 points to your defense and Resistance.
Plasma Armor: Adds 15 points to your Resistance.
Mineral Armor: Adds 15 points to you Defense

My ideas:
Energy Efficient: Reduces the cost of ALL skills by 7. (Because 7 is a fun number :P)
Grizzly-Effect: When below 15% health, you deal 15% more damage.
Max Potential: When using a maxed-out attack skill, you deal 10 extra damage.
Like-A-Noob: 25% chance of sacrificing 25 health for 15 extra damage. (only active when above 400 health)
Special Powers: Decreases the energy cost of your special attack by 50 energy. (massacre, supercharge, surgical strike)

As for stacking, not supported.

Edit: I'll leave it to the devs to decide what item-requirement these cores will have, and my numbers are just estimated examples based on my experience.

We already have one like this already in the form endless core that gives 15 defense, and 15 resist AKA the old passive hybrid armor.

@Mother1

Thats just one core, and its only available to a select few. The idea here is a mass release of non-luck based cores.
Edit: Yes I have that core, I said 15 for the other 1-wayed cores cause anyone can get them, you had to earn the endless core.

i support this but i would rather have them in the skill tree , and to be fair , cores are expensive

Right, however the devs said that they would not implement passives back into the skill trees.
Edit: Recent missions give about 10,000 credits by the end.
