SP cost to use is actually 0, but on use it drains all your SP. The skill then does +(1.25*(SPPaid/SPCost) -1.25)/2 damage. So it starts at 37.5% damage at 0 SP, does 100% damage at the listed SP, does 162.5% damage if you have double the SP cost, etc.

DESCRIPTION
Drop the Mother of All Pellets on your enemies! This will use all of your current SP, but it'll do a lot more damage the more SP you have!
