Is it worth buying?

i already looked and read about its info.

It is a really good weapon for general use and for Bloodzerker/subrace shenanigans, it slightly loses out to the Morningstar cross for Bloodzerker/subrace nuking, however, it deals better base damage outside of using said options, and also has no damage downtrigger. if you have all the necessary boosters, go for it.

Does minotaur misc boost its damage and its sp skill? (for clarification)

Xano is simply a Lean modified skill at standard cost, an Elecomp skill on correct weaknesses is superior due to the compensation in damage/resource cost.
Xano is primarily used with a subrace's Transformation toggle since Werewolf/Vampire's element locked skills have very low Elecomp while Werepyre's is at a moderate level.

Minotaur's Pride gives Str and the inverse of the reduced blocking to the player as a boost by the same percentage to both normal attack/skill, unlike percentage boosts that are halved on skills/spells.
