How is the cost of Fragile status calculated? How much %melee does it take to inflict a -50 End Fragile for one turn? for five turns?

When does the fragile status end, before or after DoT damage? For example, if you inflicted both Bleed and 1-turn Fragile, can the monster die from Bleed before Fragile status faded and healed him?

Fragile has no consistent valuation. If you look at the various Fragile effects that have been released you'll notice that the value varies quite drastically. This is an issue shared with all status effects that modify player/monster stats in (be it a positive or negative effect).
