    Special Effects:
  • If SC, 100% Chance of "Smokescreen! Star Captain Power Activated!", decreases opponent's Bonus by 50 and increases your Boost by 30 for 5 turns.
  • If non-SC, 100% Chance to cause DoT to opponent and increase your Boost by 30 for 5 turns.

    Description: Creates a thick smokescreen. Star Captain's have access to smoke so thick it can affect it's victim's ability to hit.
