 I know the DK stuff are the best. For the rest, what should I get?

 DK stuff haven't been the best in game for a while. Best stuff currently is the ones you get from Inn Challenges.

There is a best in slot tool here (though it only goes up to level 85) https://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=22315625

It depends on your build but Inn stuff like Unraveller wings, fierce dragonlord helm, and legion bracer/eternal locket/corrupted doom cassette are best in slot.
Also the defender medal belt if you have the medals for it.

Currently I'm equipping:

Necrotic Sword of Doom
DoomKnight Cloak
Soulforged Ring (Red)
Distorted Doom Visage III
Defender's Dragon Necklace XXXV
Elemental Unity Defender XV
Warrior's Challenger Belt V
Legion Bracer

I have:

330 STR
58 DEX
58 INT
37 CHA
242 LUK
91 END
45 WIS

110 Crit
58 Bonus

Is the fierce dragonlord helm really better than the distorted doom visage III? It's only level 72. And is the defender's dragon belt XXIII really better than the Warrior's Challenger belt V? I have the others, I just thought what I had equipped outclassed the others.

 Here is the currently best in slot list:

Bis Gear

And @Cyrenius, yes they are, as the overall best isn't just what is the most offensive gear. Also, it is best to switch your Main stats to INT, if you have that high LUK and Crit.

 @Kurtz96, the tool seems to be broken, just says "Type Undefined"
@Dramatos: the items in the link you gave, what kind of build/class is it for? Do you have one for an offense rogue?

Is there a list for weapons?

 These are meant for high-tier classes, where your starting class doesn't mean anything anymore. So use offensive gear on classes that deal more damage (Chaosweaver for example) and overall on a bit more defensive classes.

Level doesn't matter when judging gear, stats do. Usually, higher levelled gear has better stats, but sometimes, even lower levelled gear may be just as strong. In terms of defense and overall, FDL Helm is better, in terms of pure offense, DDV III is better.
