So i just upgraded recently, and i received a rare badge from 2016, the Shadow Sorcery Set badge. This month wasn't supposed to be the bloodvoid knight of Nulgath?

 You need to make the selection on the account manager. Where did you purchase the upgrade from? Each upgrade page should tell you exactly how to pick your new package.

I didn't made a selection. I just bought a 3 month membership package, and then i received something that is apparently rare. Well, i don't complain though...a badge is a badge, but still, i find it weird that i got something from 2016. Maybe a bug? Anyway, can i solve something with a support ticket? I like more the bloodvoid, even the design.

Please send in a support ticket. They can help you with the "old badge" you received. As far as the Bloodvoid Knight Badge, it WILL NOT appear until you make the selection of it in your account manager. If you're unsure how to locate the selection, please follow this link: https://www.aq.com/gamedesignnotes/upgradebonusjan2020-7709

Alternatively you should be able find the same information on how to redeem in your email attached with the payment receipt.
