So here are the info subs for Infernal Legion Minion: Magic Water guest, neutral BtH lean and base/random leans. MC effect is that it toggles between +5% damage or paying MC and 50% of guest damage (so total of 33% Melee) to attempt a Water Burn on the enemy. 33% Melee on a 50% save doubles to 66% Melee, /0.85 since it has to hit, and split it among four turns. The Burn attack has two hits, so the Burn lasts <Hits*2> turns, and deals (66/0.85/4 = ~19.41)% Melee per turn. 50% save, inflicts with CHA/LUK, mob resists with DEX/LUK. And here is Pyre Rat: Water guest, works like Nezujimbo. Has one attack where you pay him 1.25% of the normal gold reward from a mob at <CostLvl> Lv for a 115% damage attack, and a second where you pay him 2.5% of gold reward for a 125% damage attack that gives up half its damage to attempt a Water Burn, 3 turns, Power:2.5*Hits/2. Burn inflicts with CHA/LUK and resist with DEX/LUK. If not paid, he doesn't act. So is it true to say Pyre rat is stronger in terms of damage, but infernal minion has the stronger burn?
