i didn't know where to report a bug for artix launcher so i posted it here u can reroute it to where it belongs, anyway the bug is when i exit game launcher it stays active consuming a lot of cpu power (nearing 15%) while closed in the tray. i even exited the app but still shows consuming the same amount of cpu performance and didn't finish till i ended the task from task manager.

Yeah, the launcher is extremely reluctant to close. On Mac, I have to right-click the icon and select "Exit", not "Close"; otherwise I have to resort to force quitting the application. I don't know if "Exit" is an option on Windows, but either way the launcher is difficult to get rid of and consumes a large amount of processing power.

yeah there isn't no option to close on windows, only exit look here, and when i press it i still can see it processing in the background eating up 15 % of my cpu and i have a hefty cpu. making my pc lag and overheat!
