So I recall being able to get 1-2 golden giftboxes for free every month before.

I came back in September and found that I had 0 golden giftboxes, and again nothing for Octobober. Does anyone know whether it was disabled? I think I have the museum

 Hi! You have to login and save at least one battle (win) each month for the game to register you as active.

October might be an issue. Several players didnt get their GGB for October

hmmm idk. I mean I saved multiple battles in Sep, since I participated in the war.

Did u guys get the ggb for sep?

You get the free GGBs if you were active during the previous month. The GGBs are (usually) given out on the 1st of each month. So, if you were active during August, you should get the GGBs on September 1st.

oh i relogged and realized i still have no free ggb even though I was rather active in sep. Its Oct 2, maybe I'll wait a few more days
