So Umazen shield has -20 paralyze potency, and so do the wind version of frostgal's remorse misc.
If you equip both, it lists two seperate lines with the same effect, Is this pointless to have both, or does this stack for a -40 even though it's listed twice?
Edit-> Finding at times it's listed twice, other times it isnt. So this is likely buggy.
I am able to routinely wield frostwyrm shield with the -5 potency and then be in Necromancer aror which has the same effect built in at -7.5 ppotency, and this gets listed on two seperate lines.
It may be buggy if the verbiage on two items is the same, like in my paralyze example. But if it's listed twice, does this stack?
