title says it all, had to take a few years off from the game, hoping to get some advice to bring my character up to snuff.

would also appreciate a rundown on what i need to do to catch up in storylines,

Your previous level 137 guardian Returning, lists Armors/Shields/Miscs that are applicable still.
The most significant issue that persists from the past few times is affordability, the character has only 21 million gold, will require farming either Lv 140 Am-Boss or Estate's House Guard Farming: Mighty Shadow Gogg.
