Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Misdirection of Shop Links in Ballyhoo's Reward Shops

Bug details: The Spirit of Luck Shop Button directs it to the Spirit of Grenwog Shop while the Spirit of Grenwog Shop Button directs it to Mythical Warrior Shop

Type of bug Water Bloodzerker Blade disappeared
Bug details: While the rest of the Quenching Zerker set is around the blade seems to have gone missing unless it was intended to leave before the rest of the set.
Before bug occurred: Before the last Golden Giftbox update

During Bug:A set is missing it's weapon while the rest of the set is still around.

After bug:Na


Shop/War Chest: Golden Giftbox Rare Shop.

Did you log out and log back in? Yes
Did you clear cache? No
Did the bug happen again? Yes it is still around with at least one other person mentioning the bug
Browser Info: Launcher version of the game
Flash version: Whatever was bundled in the launcher.

First time in bug section xD Anyways, I hope this counts as a contribution. This is just something I found at Warlic's face shop.

Has this bug been reported before? Unless providing new info please do not duplicate reports. Doesn't seem like it.

Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Typo

Bug details: "So is it an elf or a human face?"
Before bug occurred: I was changing my colours at Valencia

During Bug: I was shopping.

After bug: I still bought the face.


Shop/War Chest: Faces for Guys
Equipment before entering Shop: Default equipment

 Has this bug been reported before? I don't believe so. I couldn't find any recent mention of the Dracopyre Shop

Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.): Strange items in Shop

Bug details: Due to a request on Reddit, I decided to become a Dracopyre to take a look at the shops. Nightreign's shop is empty. I believe this should be because there's a Dracopyre update coming in the future, and the staff preemptively emptied the shop. This is fine. The issue is Gracefang's shop. Not only is it not empty, but it also has some very strange items in it. Its weapon and armor sections contain the Adventurer No-Drop items. Fortunately, they're not purchasable. The pet section has many perma-rare pets, including two Frostval Giftbox pets and two Frostval Delivery pets. These Frostval Delivery pets are from before we had paintings, so they're also truly Perma-Rare. The pets are Guardian NPC in a Box V, Snuggleful Akriloth Plushie, Mini Chillax, and Moglord Warboar. The last has both its gold version and the Z-token version. These items are also purchasable, and they seem to be the actual items in gameplay and in the Account Manager (I bought and then sold--to avoid abusing this bug--Guardian NPC in a Box V).
I was able to replicate this on multiple characters, so the shop is definitely the issue.

Bug details: I have purchased the Squee booster Pet as part of the 20k Z-token package. However, when I went to the reward shops to buy more and transfer it to other characters, I found that the shop does not exist. I got the original Squee pet, but I am unable to purchase more of the same, unlike with the other booster pets such as Moglinus Decimus.

Shop/War Chest: Squee Pet Shop
Equipment before entering Shop: Mighty Ultra!!! Guardian Plate, Blade of Awe, Shield of Awe

Bug details: Limited-Time Shop button is gone
Before bug occurred: I was doing the same things. Just logged in to see the button was not there

During Bug: I could not see the shop button

After bug: Tried to log out and back in. Still missing

Has this bug been reported before: Absolutely not.

Type of bug: Invalid item access.

Bug details: I can't re-buy Frigid Devouring Scythe. I purchased the package some years ago, sold the weapon to a misclick (I wanted to move it to my shared vault ) and now I can't buy it back from Ballyhoo. I get a popup that tells me to buy the package first before I can get the weapon. And yes, I am on the character I bought the package for.

Tried closing/restarting launcher multiple times, restarting and all that. No cigar, I still can't reaccess the weapon. Help?

One year later and another broken Ballyhoo shop...

I'm unable to buy any of the Umbralwalker set weapons. Once again I am only getting a popup that tells me that I need to buy the package (which is now perma rare).
When it came out it was stated that anyone who had access to Shadowwalker of Time also gets access to Umbralwalker. Which is correct because I have SWoT and I also have the UWoT armor and shield in either my inventory or vault. But I cannot repurchase the UWoT weapons. I just wanted to grab the scythe to match with the SWoT scythe.

 Personally, each time i click on watch again on Ballyhoo, i get less gold than the initial "watch"
