EFFECT
Decreases the chance of your estate buildings being attack by monsters, by adding the equivalent of 200 levels of guards per building level to your house's defences, but only for the purpose if preventing attacks on your estate items.
Allows you to send your Guards to wars.

DESCRIPTION
