you either

Well Fal is backlogged, so it's expected that not everyone has been verified. I'd say maybe there are 20 winners. I just don't see how there could be 25 yet. But thats just my opinion. I wouldn't let it stop you from at least trying.

so basically it means that falerin is cold and needs to add some firewood.
